New to induction

Cool Home Cook 8/20/2019

It is not as hard as I thought to learn how to use the induction cooktop. I am still experimenting with which type pots and skillets I like best. Cast iron cooks the fastest and best but is heavy. Good Stainless steel pots are good too. I am trying to experiment with different sizes on different positions on the cooktop. There is much less heat in the kitchen and it holds the desired temperature better than my prior electric cooktop.
