Marsillios remains committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return and manufacturer’s policy. See below for more information.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above/below when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Special Orders: Special Order merchandise is considered a final sale — even if not yet delivered — and will not be eligible for an exchange, return or refund of any kind.
Inoperable Products: Products which are dead on arrival can be refused at the time of delivery. If the product is installed, used, and operated before the service need arises- Factory Service must occur. Most products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. Manufacturer warranties are written and enforced to repair the product- not exchange it. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for further details.
Products With Cosmetic Damage: All of our shipments are 100% insured. If the product is damaged out of box, you have the right to either A) refuse the delivery or B) select no charge factory repair. Product(s) with out of box damage or damaged during shipping are can be refused and eligible for exchange at no charge to you. Upon delivery, inspect your product for damage. Once the product is formally installed or used by the consumer, it cannot be refused — and must be serviced per the products' warranty guidelines.
If the consumer selects repair, out of box cosmetic damage must be reported to Marsillios with 48 hours of delivery in order to be claimed under manufacturer warranty. Marsillios will contact you to schedule service with the manufacturer. Freight delivery policy varies. The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase (ie. Physical sizing, ability to fit into the home or intended location for use of product, poor performance), you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return.
Delivered products that have been used may not be allowed to be returned/ or may be subject to restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed may not be allowed to be returned/ or may be subject to restocking fee. Restocking fee policy is 25% of the items purchase price.
Items that require repair cannot be returned without Manufacturer’s written approval.
Unused, uninstalled, returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage or wear to be returned
Shipping and handling/ delivery charges from our warehouse are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product. Customers are responsible for any future redelivery fees of any subsequent purchases.
Electronic Returns/Exchanges: All unopened electronics must be returned in their original complete box and factory packaging, undamaged and without missing components. No exceptions will be made.
